NSDL Full Form is National Securities Depository Limited. It is an Indian Central Securities Depository which keeps the securities of investors like Shares, Bonds and Debentures in Electronic Format. Its Headquarter is located in Mumbai.
It is the first and largest Electronic Securities Depository in India. It was built on the suggestion of National Institute for Economic Development. It was founded on 8 November 1996.
