The full form of GPA is Grade Point Average. Grade Point Average refers to a grading system. It is used to measure a student’s performance during an academic session. It is a numerical index that summarizes the student’s academic performance in the academic year. However, in most of the schools and educational institutes, GPA is measured at different scales, some measure it at a scale of 1 to 5 and some measure it at a scale of 1 to 10.

This number represents the average value of all the Final Grades earned in the course during a certain period. Some Organizations also use it to measure the employ ability of Candidate. There is no doubt that GPA can evaluate the applicant but it cannot measure its efficiency.
