ABP Full Form is Ananda Bazaar Patrika News. ABP is a Hindi news channel in India. It was launched in 1998. It is a private linked news channel. ABP’s main office is located in Noida. ABP News was previously known as Star News.
Star News’ performance began in February 1998. From 2003 it became a full-fledged Hindi channel. It was the first bilingual (Hindi and English) news service channel. Until 2003, it aired under the leadership of Star TV and directed by NDTV.But after the agreement with NDTV ended in 2003, it was shifted to a full Hindi-language channel by Star TV. On 16 April 2012, ABP Group turned Star News into ABP News following the cancellation of the agreement with Star TV.
